This sandbox privacy notice explains how the demo tenant stores account, wallet, device, and support data. It is sample operator copy — not legal advice and not a live licensed product.
1. Who we are
This is an operator starter for a single demo tenant. The legal entity, support email, and registered address are editable in Admin → Settings. Replace this page before any real-money launch.
2. Data we process
- Account: display name, email, locale, VIP level, self-exclusion flags.
- Wallets: crypto balances, deposit addresses, withdrawal holds, bonus buckets.
- Play: game sessions, concatenated rounds, Waija player ids per coin.
- Risk: device fingerprints, linked accounts, KYC documents you upload.
- Support: tickets, chat messages, KYC photos submitted for review.
3. Why we process it
To run the cashier, settle game callbacks, enforce wagering, run VIP and promotions, and review KYC when an operator marks an account. We do not sell player lists in this sandbox.
4. Cookies and local storage
The lobby uses cookies for session, locale, cookie consent, age gate, and a signed-in hint so the header does not flash. Device fingerprinting is used only for shared-device warnings.
5. Retention
Ledger rows, game rounds, and KYC files stay until an operator wipes the demo database. There is no automatic erasure timer in this starter.
6. Your choices
You can update display name and wallet prefs on Account, open a support ticket, self-exclude, and request a copy of your case from Support. Do not upload real identity documents on a public demo.
7. International transfers
Callback hosts (Waija, NOWPayments, CryptAPI) receive the minimum needed to settle a launch or a deposit. Fiat codes are display/play currencies, not a banking relationship.
8. Contact
Privacy questions go to the support email in Admin → Settings. For a live brand, name a data protection contact and a supervisory authority here.
9. Children
This product is not directed at anyone under the legal age for gambling in their country. We do not knowingly keep a minor’s documents. If you believe a minor uploaded KYC photos, open a Support ticket so an operator can delete the files.
10. Automated decisions
Device fingerprinting, bonus anti-abuse, and VIP point accrual are automated. An operator can override a freeze, a KYC required flag, or a bonus forfeit from Admin. You can ask for a human review from Support.
