These terms cover use of this casino demo. Real-money gambling is not offered. Demo credits are not withdrawable value outside this sandbox.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, pass the age gate, and not be self-excluded. Underage play is prohibited. Cryptocurrency login is not a KYC bypass when an operator requires verification.
2. The product
The lobby, cashier, Waija titles, placeholder games, races, tournaments, and chat are operator-configurable. Game rules live in the studio iframe. House edge, RTP, and max bet on bonuses are enforced server-side where configured.
3. Accounts
One player per person. Shared devices may be flagged. Operators can suspend, freeze for KYC, or self-exclude an account. You are responsible for the password and wallet addresses you paste.
4. Money
Deposits credit only after a verified IPN. Withdrawals sit on hold until approved or cancelled. A per-coin wager requirement may apply before cash can leave. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering completes or the offer is forfeited.
5. Prohibited conduct
No bots, no bonus abuse, no chat spam or wallet-seed scams, no multi-accounting to farm races. The chat filter hides obvious scam links. Operators may void abusive bets.
6. Games and interruptions
If a round is open, the next debit or a gameplay_final callback concatenates it. Unresolved studio errors do not create a debt the house does not already hold in the ledger.
7. Liability
This starter is provided as-is for operators to brand. No jackpot, no licensed market, no guarantee of uptime. Replace this clause with counsel-approved limits before launch.
8. Changes
Operators can edit these terms in Admin → Pages. Material changes should be dated. Continued use after a published change is acceptance of the new text in a live market — in this demo it is just copy.
9. Governing law
Replace this with the operator’s licence territory. This sandbox is not offered in any regulated market. Disputes about demo credits are not a consumer claim.
10. Entire agreement
These terms, the bonus terms, the privacy notice, and the responsible gambling page together describe the demo. Promotional banners do not override campaign versions stored in Admin.
